Our park is nestled in a quiet area surrounded by lush trees, offering a tranquil atmosphere complemented with views of Mt Shasta. We are conveniently situated one mile from the freeway, providing easy access for both on and off travel. This prime location ensures that you can reach your destination quickly while still enjoying a peaceful environment. While our park is primarily designed for residents aged 55 and older, we do offer a small section designated for all ages, accommodating temporary stays. This flexibility allows families and younger individuals to experience our community while respecting our primary demographic. The nearest town is just five miles away, where you can find a variety of local dining and grocery stores. This proximity makes it easy for residents to access essential services and enjoy meals out without having to travel far. For all outdoor enthusiasts, there are over 15 scenic trails available to explore, and a ski resort for winter sports lovers.  Additionally, fishing opportunities are available located nearby. If caves pique your interest, you’ll be pleased to know that there are two notable caves in the vicinity; Pluto Cave and Lake Shasta Caverns in the surrounding areas, making it an ideal location for those who appreciate an active lifestyle.
