The 6-hour CalOHA Park Manager Training Program is designed to provide a structured, practical foundation for mobilehome and RV park management. The course begins with a brief introduction and then moves through 11 learning modules that build on one another, covering key topics and day-to-day responsibilities relevant to park operations.

Several modules include source materials for reference. These resources are provided to support your learning, reinforce key concepts, and serve as helpful tools you can return to after the training.

After completing all modules, each participant must take an online final exam consisting of thirty (30) multiple-choice questions. A passing score of 75% or higher is required to receive a Certificate of Completion. The final exam may be taken up to three (3) times; if a passing score is not achieved after three attempts, the course must be repeated.
